Coaches & Coaches Support
Coaches are volunteer parents.
We have a team of high school volunteers who we assign to teams when requested.
We recommend using the Mojo Sport App that provides video demonstrations of practice plans and drills for all age groups.
The first two weeks of the season you can request the assistant of a professional coach and we will send you one.
Referees
High school DSL players often take on the role of referees, and it's crucial for parents to understand that these young referees are doing their best to ensure fair play. By refraining from making their job more difficult, parents can help create a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved. This approach not only fosters respect but also helps young referees gain confidence and experience in their role.
